Am I purchasing streaming access or downloadable files?
Streaming access. Becoming a Chayus Supporter lets you stream the complete Supporters collection on Chayus Music. There's no download option.
How do I get back to music I have access to?
Sign in and go to the Collection page — everything in the Chayus Supporters collection plays right there for as long as your Supporter access is active.
Which options include future releases?
Both. Annual and Lifetime Supporter access both include every future Supporters release automatically, for as long as your access is active — you never need to buy anything new when a new song is added.
How does annual membership cancellation work, and what happens to my access?
Cancel anytime from Manage Billing in your account. Your membership won't renew or be charged again, and you keep full access through the end of the year you already paid for. If you cancel within 30 days of your original purchase, you're entitled to a full refund — contact support to request one.
What does Lifetime Supporter include?
Permanent access to the complete Chayus Supporters collection, including everything added in the future — one payment, no recurring charge.
